“Welcome to Niemi-Kapeen Kokkoranta, our newest cottage located on the scenic western shore of Kapeenlahti, directly across from the Sammal cottage. Built in 2022, Kokkoranta is a modern, 80 m² log and glass cottage designed to blend harmoniously with the beautiful shores of Kapeenlahti. Inspired by the element of fire, Kokkoranta offers a warm and inviting atmosphere, perfect for a relaxing getaway.”
This cottage accommodates up to six guests and is fully equipped with all the modern comforts, including a wood-heated sauna with stunning views of Kapeenlahti and Lake Näsijärvi, an air-source heat pump, underfloor heating, and a range of kitchen appliances. The cottage also features a cozy living space, a spacious sauna, and a child-friendly, shallow beach with a private dock.

- Beds: Two bedrooms—one with a double bed (160 cm) and one with a bunk bed (double bed 160 cm, single bed 80 cm) plus a pull-out bed (80 cm). A travel crib with a mattress is also available for the little ones.
- Facilities: Induction stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, washing machine, TV, dishes, high chair, six-person hot tub (additional service), gas grill (May-October).
- Sauna: Wood-heated stove, shower room, lake view from the sauna.

- Beach: Child-friendly, shallow beach with a dock and rowboat. Motor rental available.
- Location: 1 km from Niemi-Kapee Farm. Less than one hour drive from Tampere city.
- Surroundings: Surrounded by spruce and pine forests, with a varied shoreline and excellent views of Lake Näsijärvi. The cottage is on a private lot, bordered by a Finnish cattle pasture on one side.

The pictures cannot do this justice. The house has everything you needs and even more than this. The outside area is great as well, even with your own small deck.
