Welcome to Niemi-Kapeen Kokkoranta, our newest cottage located on the scenic western shore of Kapeenlahti, directly across from the Sammal cottage. Built in 2022, Kokkoranta is a modern, 80 m² log and glass cottage designed to blend harmoniously with the beautiful shores of Kapeenlahti. Inspired by the element of fire, Kokkoranta offers a warm and inviting atmosphere, perfect for a relaxing getaway.
This cottage accommodates up to six guests and is fully equipped with all the modern comforts, including a wood-heated sauna with stunning views of Kapeenlahti and Lake Näsijärvi, an air-source heat pump, underfloor heating, and a range of kitchen appliances. The cottage also features a cozy living space, a spacious sauna, and a child-friendly, shallow beach with a private dock.

Rentouttavaa lomaa etsivän helmi. Luonnon äärellä, joka ikkunoiden kautta välittyy aina sisälle asti. Hyvin varusteltu, viihtyisä mökki, aina valmiin porealtaan kera mahdollisti mukavasti rauhoittumisen. Kiitos loistavasta isännöinnistä Juhamatti.

Suosittelen aivan äärettömästi. Mökki on upea ja ihanalla paikalla. Vastasi kaikin puolin odotuksiani. Koirat nauttivat lattialämmityksestä ja isoista ikkunoista. Juhamatti vastasi myös hyvin nopeasti viesteihin ja antoi kattavat ohjeet saapuessamme.

We had a great time at Juhamatti’s house. It’s a beautiful house in a perfect location. The views from the living and bedroom through the enormous windows are spectacular. The pictures cannot do this justice. The house has everything you needs and even more than this. The outside area is great as well, even with your own deck. The check-in was very easy and Juhamatti was a great host. We would love to come back.

We experienced a relaxing and truly wonderful stay of 5 nights at Kokkoranta Cottage. The design build is of such great quality and we appreciated all the home had to offer: proximity to nature, beautiful and well thought out interiors, access to a lovely jacuzzi, sauna, wet room, and well equipped kitchen. Loved the underfloor heating, sound bar, and the natural daylight from the floor to ceiling windows. It was a great place to unwind after sightseeing in Helsinki. Communication with Juhamatti was easy. We didn’t want to leave!

Het was fantastisch! We hebben heerlijk genoten in de jacuzzi en in de sauna. Ik heb van de host geleerd een houtsauna aan te steken! Het was een geweldige ervaring en de moeite waard om nog een keer terug te komen!

Splendida esperienza. Il cottage è in una bellissima posizione, fronte lago, in un luogo incantevole. E’ nuovissimo ed è dotato di tutte le comodità: mobilio ed elettrodomestici nuovi, cucina con un set di stoviglie e attrezzature veramente completo, riscaldamento a pavimento, climatizzatore, smart TV. Fondamentale poi il wc, la doccia e la sauna all’interno del cottage (con -20° fuori, è stato veramente un plus), nonché l’acqua corrente e potabile. Ottima comunicazione con Juhamatti , sempre molto gentile, disponibile e reattivo. Sublime la vista dell’alba dalle vetrate della zona giorno.
